The base is located in Viborgsky region (230 km from Saint-Petersburg).

The house is private, the owner is a professional hunter. The house is far from other houses near the forest in 300 m from highway. On the first floor there is a hall, a kitchen and 2 rooms with 1—2 beds in each. On the second floor there are 2 more rooms. The house has stove-heating, toilet with conveniences inside without a shower. In 200 m from the house there is a bath-house and a pond.

Food is simple, should be discussed. In spring hunting on wood-grouse, wood-cock, duck. In autumn hunting on wood-grouse, ducks, hare with setters, fox and wild-boar from the tower.
